Last weekend, we made Stuffing with Apple And Raisin, which we had with fried chicken. The stuffing was divine, and we will not only make that recipe again, but will try new recipes. We enjoy stuffing with many dinners, including turkey, chicken, and pork chop dinners. We will leave updates as we make new recipes. This cookbook is a great addition to our collection, and for a bargain price. Highly recommended!

Great little recipe book.
When you buy a book, you tend to expect a little more than the same rubbish you find on the internet after searching for 0.5 seconds, blindfolded, while on fire. In fact, this book would be better off being used as a fire starter.
I haven't tried any of these recipes yet but several are very close to the kind of stuffing I have been making for years but some have added ingredients that might just make a more interesting dish. Hoping to experiment for my family very soon. I do recommend this book.
